Commencing operation in 1978 under the watchful eye of local businessman, Warren Kalajzich, Sanford Settlements began operation within the iconic Kalazich Smith & Associates building located at 50 Sanford Street, Geraldton.
2010 brought about a change of ownership and location with Bruce and Dawn Kenny purchasing Sanford Settlements from Warren Kalajzich and relocating next door to 52 Sanford Street, Geraldton. Bruce and Dawn continued to build up the business with a passionate team of conveyancing professionals and trainees from their newly refurbished building next to Woolworths affectionately known as Lindon House.
Fast forward to 2023 and Sanford Settlements is now under the watchful eye of Kathryn Price and her team of dedicated professionals assisting clients in their real estate journey. Kathryn commenced working at Sanford Settlements in 2003 and continues to provide the same exceptional service you have come to know and love over the past 20 years.
Bruce Kenny
Managing Director
Bruce is a Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) and Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent. Bruce joined Sanford Settlements in 2002.
Dawn Kenny
General Manager
Dawn oversees administration of the business and takes care of marketing and advertising. Dawn joined Sanford Settlements in 2002.
Jayde French
Settlement Clerk
Jayde started her Settlement career in Perth as an Outside Clerk and worked her way up to Conveyancer’s Assistant before making the move to Geraldton in 2018 to join the Sanford Settlements Team as a Settlement Clerk.
Justine Chitty
Settlement Clerk
Justine joined Sanford Settlements in 2017. She grew up locally in Chapman Valley and was previously working in Insurance and Jewellery before she made the career change into Conveyancing.
Shazana Aujud
Receptionist
Shazana joined the team in 2011. Shazana has completed a Certificate IV in Financial Services – Conveyancing.
